Jim has 25+ years "hands on" experience with computers, networking and software systems and has held certifications in VMware, Microsoft Server and Exchange. He thrives in a project driven, customer centered environments, and enjoys building long term relationships with his clientele. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, outdoor activities and playing the drums.

Administrative Manager

Jennifer joined BNS in 2017 with 2 years of experience in the Managed Services industry, along with; 8 years of combined experience in technology, marketing, operations, and sales. Jennifer is not originally from Conway but has become a born again native over the past 12 years after moving here to complete her Bachelors at University of Central Arkansas. In her past time, she stays busy with her four dogs and enjoys geocaching, biking, kayaking, movies, and travel.


Billy McCurley

Technical Operations Manager & Senior Engineer

Billy has been in the IT field since 2008. He completed his Associates Degree in in Computer Networking Administration from Remington College in 2009. At BNS, Billy serves as a Senior Engineer and the Technical Operations Manager as well as assisting with and installing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Server(s) and Professional operating systems, and implementing firewalls and network support. Billy also assists with maintaining regular upkeep on client networks and company functions.

Jacob Stephens

Jacob Stephens

Systems Administrator

Jacob started his IT career with the Army, where he spent 8 years as a reservist. Most of his military life was spent managing his squad and assisting with battalion operations. However, he was able to receive a lot of training from them and had the opportunity to be the team lead for their IT Shop in Afghanistan, where they supported 1200+ users with 4000+ systems across 3 different networks.

He and his wife, Jessica, have been married for 3 years and have two dogs. He enjoys fly fishing and duck hunting.

Desktop Technician

Chris graduated in 2014 from the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in Business Administration. It was then that he began his career at Business Network Solutions. His hobbies include playing golf, violin, and piano.

Brady received his IT training from his membership in the Arkansas National Guard. He has a passion for technology in his work as well as in his personal life. His lab, Kiera, is always by his side and runs with him in his PT training.
